You may not use AdFactory to
- Upload products, photos, logos or brands you do not own or have permission to use.
- Create images or videos of a real, identifiable person without their consent, or imitate a celebrity, influencer or public figure.
- Present an AI-generated person as a real customer, or create fake reviews, fake testimonials or fake endorsements.
- Make false or misleading claims about a product (health, safety, results, origin, price), or hide that content is advertising when the law requires disclosure.
- Advertise products that are illegal or restricted where you sell them (weapons, drugs, tobacco or vaping to minors, counterfeit goods, and similar).
- Generate sexual content, content involving minors in any sexualised way, hateful, harassing or violent content.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or remove watermarks and notices from third-party material.
- Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, bypass credit limits, share accounts, or create accounts in bulk.
AI content disclosure
Many platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and laws require you to label realistic AI-generated content. You are responsible for applying those labels where required when you publish Outputs.
Enforcement
We may block a generation, remove content, suspend or close an account that breaks this policy, without refund of credits used for prohibited content. Report misuse to support@tryadfactory.app.
